MONTHLY RECAP
Pest Control is the last Friday of every month – for June, Buildings A-L will be sprayed inside and Buildings M-CC will be sprayed outside.
Rent Reminders sent as of the 26th of the previous month and rent reminders for the 1st-5th for the current month.

COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
Pool opened as of May 24th. The pool is always FREE to our valued residents, just another fantastic perk of being a resident at PROSPER Azalea City!!. Please remember to stop by the Leasing Office to pick up your 2019 Pool Passes. Office Hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm M-F and 10:00am-4:00pm on Saturday.
New Suggestion Box for residents. We encourage all residents to drop us a line in our new suggestion box located in the leasing office. We need your feedback in order to ensure that we are providing our residents with the best customer service. Resident satisfaction is our #1 Goal!!!
New Courtesy Officer. We have a new Courtesy Officer at PROSPER Azalea City. If you need to contact our courtesy officer you may do so by calling the leasing office: 229-247-4520 and selecting option #4. Please leave your name, phone number, and nature of your call.
Emergency Maintenance. We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance. Should you experience any of the following, please be sure to call the office: 229-247-4520 and select option #2.
Reminders. We ask that you please pick up after your pet. Dispose of all trash in designated waste bins and containers. Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 8 AM.

Yummy Chicken Salad!
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken.
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped.
- 1 cup chopped celery.
- 1/4 cup chopped onion.
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
- 3/4 teaspoon table salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt.
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper.
